Groups wishing to cancel/postpone the confirmed camp date must notify the office no less than one month prior to the
booked date in order to obtain a full refund.
Half of the camp fee will be refunded if a full two weeks notice is given to cancel/postpone the booked date.
Any group canceling/postponing the confirmed booking with less than two weeks notification will receiveno refund
of camp fees.
Camp dates may be postponed only once with the original payment covering the alternate date
